OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS

LUKE

Luke Hasemann is one of our Personal Trainers at The Boxing Institute. At 20 years of age, he has been with us for 6 years and a Personal Trainer with us for 1.5 years. Luke has achieved some excellent results with his clients and is always good for a chat and a laugh.

His experience started at 14 years old where he first began to practice the art of Muay Thai/ Kickboxing and since then has also taken an interest in Boxing. In those years he has had 4 fights with The Boxing Institute. Luke has made a strong effort to pass on his skills and knowledge to other members at the gym and plays a major role in the running of the Kids classes.

Luke has successfully earned his black singlet in Muay Thai, the highest ranking (similar to Karate belt system) and was the the first student from our affiliate Kickboxing club, The Fight Centre, to do so.

All age groups are welcome to train with Luke, starting from 8 years of age and up in Boxing, Muay Thai, Weights Training and HITT Training.

OUR LOGAN
BASED FACILITY

Our Logan based facility has 350m2, of padded flooring, because we know that especially in the beginning, the participant’s safety must come first! The occasional trip or fall the students may encounter while performing their footwork, will be met with a floor that is a little more forgiving and they won’t be limping the next day!

The most important thing is that students enjoy the lessons! If you aren’t enjoying your training, it’s likely excuses will start being made and sessions will be missed.In order for us to create permanent and positive change in the lives of our students, we need them to be in the gym regularly!
