To make sure you’re getting your boxing fix, Coaches Ben Johnston, Mitch Nicholson, James Jarvie and Rafael Vilches (with a few special guests) have developed a brand new online training system! Now you can work out as if you were at the gym from the comfort of your home, the local park or anywhere you have a bit of floor space! Including both technique and fitness, our evolving library of boxing videos ensures you don’t fall behind in achieving your fitness goals for 2020. And don’t worry! We haven’t forgotten about our younger members – The TBI Virtual Reality Experience includes videos for the kids too!

Catch a live-stream class (Monday to Friday at 5pm) or post up your own photo or video of your work out. Achieving our goals is often never a straight line – sometimes we go two steps forward and three steps back. There are good days and bad. Sometimes the obstacles in front of us seem insurmountable. Having the right mindset is the key to overcoming these obstacles that prevent us from reaching our goals.

But how do you build the right mindset? Lucky for us, Coach Ben Johnston has included his personal daily visualisation ritual as part of our new online training system. Re-set and re-focus as you take part with Coaches Ben, Jarvie, Mitch and Raf to set your intentions and mindset. Use this mindset tool for any goals in your life – whether they are fitness, financial, relationship, work related or a combination of the above!

Book It In!
In setting and reaching your goals, it’s important to set measurable targets and keep yourself accountable. As part of reaching your goals with us, checking into your classes is vital part of the process. Checking in enables you to stay accountable and us to track your progress.
Although our training has moved online, the check in facility is still available through our online booking app.
Simply select an available session, even if this does not match up with the specific time you train. Our system is honesty-based, but we know our TBI Family is a pretty honest bunch!

Fight Calendar
In light of recent circumstances, we have decided to postpone our Fight Calendar for this year until further notice. This is not a decision we take lightly but believe it is the best decision for our Fighters, members and community. We are excited to resume our 2020 Fight Calendar when the appropriate time comes.
